About Cobb Mixter

Cobb Mixter joined Hakluyt in 2016 and serves as a director of the firm. Before Hakluyt, he was a senior adviser on government affairs at the Alcoa Corporation in New York City, having previously served as deputy assistant secretary for legislative affairs in the US Department of  Treasury, and as a senior staff member on the House of Representatives’ Committee on Foreign Affairs. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Cobb Mixter holds a 2002 - 2003 Master of Arts in Chinese Studies @ School Of Oriental And African Studies.
