About Christopher Flint

Christopher Flint transforms, scales, and optimizes businesses by focusing on top- and bottom-line growth, building diverse high-performance teams, while adapting to new insights and effectively leading as a change-agent. He strongly believes that in order to drive transformational change, people come first. Through collaborative alignment across matrixed organizations, transparency, and accountability, he drives talent engagement, delivers business growth, and achieves customer value. Christopher Flint has held many C-level executive positions throughout his career in the registered investment advisory, broker-dealer, and insurance industries. He leverages his experience in retail distribution, P&L management, and business operations to provide an inclusive culture and holistic approach to strategic planning and execution. On a personal level, he serves on the FINRA Board of Governors, overseeing management in the administration of FINRA’s affairs, purpose, and objectives. He is passionate about giving back to the community and engages with non-profit organizations including Ronald McDonald House Charities, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, as well as active involvement with the Heart Gallery in Birmingham, AL. Christopher Flint obtained an M.B.A. and M.S. from Creighton University and a B.S. from The University of Alabama at Birmingham on an athletic scholarship. He is a former member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and attended the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business Executive Leadership Program. He holds the Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63, and 66 as well as the CRPC® designation. Previously, Flint held the position of Senior Vice President and General Manager of Life & Health Insurance at USAA from May 2022 to July 2023, overseeing strategic leadership and product development.
