About Chris Scheuermann

Chris Scheuermann, Country Manager DACH & NL @ Yapily. Since 2020, Chris Scheuermann has been responsible for business in the DACH region and the Netherlands for the British open banking infrastructure provider Yapily as Country Manager.  Yapily offers uncompromising API-based open finance solutions across Europe and enables innovative companies to integrate financial transactions into solutions such as financing, payment transactions, accounting or asset management very easily, securely and seamlessly.  Previously, the Hamburg native, graduate in business law (FH) and MBA, was Head of Sales & Account Management at finleap connect since 2016, the company that was created from the merger of figo and finreach Solutions. Before that, Chris Scheuermann worked at PayPal Germany, where he was responsible for new partnerships. Previous positions included enfore in Berlin as Director of Business Development and at Software AG in Darmstadt as Senior Banking Specialist with a focus on the European Central Bank. His career in the financial world began in the late 1990s at Star Finanz GmbH in Hamburg, which is part of the savings bank organization.
