An experienced Finance Professional and Company Director, who holds a Bachelor of Commerce with Double Major in Banking and Finance (BComm) from Curtin University in Western Australia, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Graduate School of Management at The University of Western Australia. Mr. Kain’s has extensive international and local knowledge of Investment Markets, Financial Services and Corporate Management. He is highly practiced in many aspects of the investment continuum including analysis, evaluation, project development, strategic planning, capital raising, sales and marketing, and corporate governance. Over 15 years’ experience generates from institutions such as Barclays Capital and Credit Suisse First Boston in London, National Australia Bank in Melbourne and Macquarie Bank in Perth, where he worked across institutional, wholesale and retail investment and finance markets. In addition to investment opportunity analysis, his strong knowledge base includes the ability to facilitate funding requirements and execute commercial strategies for the benefit of a broad cross section of stakeholders including corporate, business, and individuals. He has specific expertise in financial analysis, investment evaluation, capital raising, project management and marketing, corporate and relationship management, and business development.
