Cheryl McCuaig currently serving as CIO at TSB. Cheryl has a strong track record of leading high performance teams to exceptional delivery working with businesses in Investment, Commercial and Retail Banking. Programme Management : led some of the largest most complex internal and regulatory driven programmes in Financial Services in the last decade. Operations/Service Delivery : transformed large internal service providers whilst recognising the need to maintain the connection to the customer and recently developed a Cloud enablement/operate model. Supplier Management : understands the need for strong partnerships in the prevailing highly outsourced models. In addition, Cheryl is committed to Diversity and Inclusion and is particularly focussed on supporting the progression of women in IT. Having performed IT Chief of Staff and Managing Director roles at Credit Suisse, IT COO and CPO roles at Barclays Capital and CIO roles at Lloyds Banking Group Cheryl has a deep understanding of all areas that constitute IT, the challenges that they face and strategies or solutions that might be adopted to address them. Cheryl McCuaig previously held senior positions such as Managing Director and Global Head of BCM, where she built worldwide teams designing and implementing Global IT solutions working with regulators across the many jurisdictions. Cheryl is currently Chief Information Officer at Metro Bank where she is focused on IT transformation. Cheryl is passionate about people and inclusion and has a special interest in attracting and developing women in IT.
