As a seasoned P&L leader, my passion is for developing high performance teams to maximize strategic outcomes that drive results for business and opportunity for people. At Comerica Bank (NYSE: CMA), I am a member of the Management Executive Committee and Executive Vice President, leading the Retail Bank, responsible for consumer and small business relationships and the supporting strategies and business functions (banking centers, deposit products, consumer and small business loan products, digital and assisted delivery channels, and distribution strategy). I enable colleagues to deliver excellent customer experiences that drive satisfaction, loyalty and growth. I also create diverse and inclusive workplaces for all to contribute to their potential. For nearly four decades, I've leveraged broad leadership and visionary skills to drive transformation, re-engineering of product and processes for efficiency and innovation, and generating revenue for growth, all while ensuring effective risk oversight. My board leadership extends through participation in all regularly scheduled meetings of the Comerica Inc. Board, engaging with its directors through interactions and strategic updates; and as a Director of Comerica Inc.’s Charitable Foundation Board. I serve on the Board of the Consumer Bankers Association and I've held leadership roles on non-profit boards and in the formation of non-profit organizations. I'm humbled to have been recognized by American Banker’s Most Powerful Women in Banking in 2020 and 2021 and listed in the Texas Business Journals' Texas 100 Leaders to Watch in 2022.
