So, what do I do? It is exciting to build a brand new bank like kompasbank - from an idea and a rough concept through to a fully licensed and fully operational bank. And it is very rewarding to put many years of experience from top-shelf banks into action in a completely new way, re-thinking every single piece that makes up a bank, from the business model through products, operating principles and governance, right down to a composable cloud banking platform.
