About Carolina Moreno

Carolina Moreno is a certified non-Executive Director who serves as Board Member and advises companies in Digital Change. As Executive Director, she is Vice President of Sales for EMEA at Liferay, the world’s leading Open Source Digital Experience Software Company. From that international position, Carolina runs operations to support and ease the digital transformation processes of customers and partners in EMEA through products and services on-premise and PaaS. As General Manager, she has demostrated a successful track record as a multi-country leader during the last 10 years. Her experience covers: Marketing, sales, business and finance planning, channel & alliances development; support, consulting and engineering management; operations, project management, change management, mentoring and coaching. With over 20 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, she has held a variety of technical and leadership positions in both Spain and EMEA roles, demonstrating the ability to grow businesses through growing large teams: Carolina works everyday to inspire change and add social and economic value through technology.
