About Bruce Boytim

Bruce is a Business Development, Strategy, and Operations Executive with a proven track record of establishing and growing new businesses, commercial products and territories within a variety of challenging financial and regulatory environments. Hands-on leader with significant experience in all aspects of business operations including revenue growth, finance, technology, organizational structure and legal. Bruce is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Broadway Technology and acts as a trusted advisor to Financial Technology firms. Bruce most recently served as both Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Strategy Officer at Pico Quantitative Trading. At Pico, he launched the Chicago office and aggressively grew revenue to transform Pico from upstart to a dominant financial services provider. While at NYSE Euronext, Bruce oversaw NYSE Technologies’ Risk Management and Connectivity business in coordination with the launch of the Mahwah datacenter. Prior to joining NYSE Technologies, Bruce managed the Americas Sales Engineering and Electronic Trade Support desks for cash equities and derivatives at Merrill Lynch, served as COO/CCO of Wave Securities LLC, and worked in risk management and compliance at Northern Trust and TD Waterhouse. Bruce holds a MS in Finance from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University.
