With 20 years of executive leadership experience, including CEO and Chairman roles in addition to Global General Manager and Vice President roles at Oracle NetSuite, I am a subject matter expert on driving rapid business & commerce growth, running cross-functional teams, and overall go-to-market strategies. Nine years directly helping grow Oracle NetSuite from $250M to billions - I know what good looks like and what it takes to scale a category king SaaS company. As Chief Strategy Officer at Medius, my current position requires my leadership and ownership of the strategic direction in go-to-market, product strategy, corporate development, and alliances. Additionally, I serve as a company spokesperson and thought leader, which has led to my involvement in numerous industry conferences and across highly visible media entities. I sold my company, Retail Anywhere, Inc., to NetSuite in 2012 after achieving organic financial growth and bottom-line improvement for all ten years as the company’s CEO. This success came after I guided a complete restructuring and turnaround of the company to profitability after regular annual EBITA losses. I catalyzed the same result with another business, Ground Control, proving my skills in guiding significant change across an organization’s sales, operational and technical functions. My approach is entrepreneurial and collaborative, a combination that fosters progressive internal growth and team confidence. I am also highly technical, with the acumen to launch the most impactful applications, integrations, and solutions to meet advanced customer needs across omnichannel platforms.
