Achievements Include: • Built and managed multiple sales organizations to support new business launches and drive revenue growth in the US, Europe and Asia. • Refocused the strategic roadmap of SS&C’s Equity Order & Execution Management solution for Broker-Dealers from its traditional small Institutional/Retail client base to larger mid-sized Broker-Dealers increasing average revenue per client exponentially while improving the overall viability of the client base. • Expanded SS&C’s FIX electronic trading community in a declining market achieving annual double digit growth. • Managed the extension of SS&C’s Post Trade messaging service to address the US market. This included new development for interoperating with an existing provider, Regulation SCI audit and ongoing negotiations with the SEC on commercial engagement rules. • Incubated a new electronic trading infrastructure outsource service at the NYSE to a $6.5 million run rate business (2012) in little over 1 year • Oversaw the development at the NYSE of a real-time compliance/surveillance Cloud service targeted to the Broker-Dealer community (2011 – 2012) • Private Equity backed re-start of NYFIX, a distressed $120 million publicly traded company – relisted and sold at a 95% premium to NYSE Euronext. For the 3 years preceding being acquired, achieved an average of 32% revenue growth in the core Order Routing business (2007 – 2009). • Launched two successful FIX-based electronic trading community businesses in London (1995) and Asia (1999 – 2000, Tokyo/Hong Kong/Singapore/Sydney) • Led the $10 million launch of a Fixed Income liquidity discovery community application (2000 – 2001). • Patents: Awarded (2011), IOI Based Block Trading System.
