Barbara Daliri is a business executive, who has been helping brands to grow sustainably in the digital world for more than 20 years. Barbara Daliri is the Global Head of Marketing & Sales at Zalando, Europe's largest online platform for fashion, helping around 40 million consumers in 17 countries to express themselves thru fashion. In her role she drives Zalando's growth and how Zalando is represented in all markets as a values driven brand. Since joining, Zalando's active customers grew from 31 Mio to 40 Mio. Prior Zalando, Barbara Daliri served as the CMO Western Europe at Microsoft, looking after commercial and consumer marketing across 12 European countries. Earlier, as Director of Marketing at Netflix, she was responsible for Central Europe and x-EMEA initiatives and launched Netflix in the region. Prior to Netflix, Barbara Daliri worked with Google where she was responsible for all b2b and b2c marketing activities in Central and Northern Europe. Her team's Marketing initiatives drove significant market growth and brand perception and were awarded multiple times for creative excellence. Since 2010, Barbara Daliri has been voluntary engaged in child’s rights and equality for girls serving Plan International, one of the world’s leading child's organization. Barbara Daliri grew up in Berlin and studied business/economics and journalism. She is a private pilot, mother of a son and lives in Europe. Her career combines extensive board-level governance with hands-on leadership in marketing, sales, and operational functions. Her proven ability to scale organizations, enhance profitability, and implement change through data-driven strategies, digital transformation, and brand development has helped guide companies through critical growth phases across multiple regions while managing P&Ls.
