I am a dynamic and enthusiastic leader who has previously been approved by the Swiss regulator, FINMA and has extensive regulatory experience across the UAE, Korea Switzerland and other European Countries. I have run large scale regulatory remediation projects. I’m a risk specialist with over 14 years in-depth Credit and Operational risk experience and I have strong governance expertise from sitting on management, operational risk and financial crime risk committees across the UK, Switzerland and the UAE since 2007. Having worked as a COO for 10 years I have significant operational and technology experience, including transforming businesses in a complex, multinational environment. I have an interest working with Fintech companies to roll out effective solutions for clients across the globe. I have run corporate structure reorganisations and liquidations across 23 countries and have a track record of running change programs and transforming businesses in a complex, multinational environment. My depth of experience across the UK, Switzerland, UAE, Singapore, Japan and Korea showcases my ability to work across cultures and I have held a range of roles including being a member of the executive committee of Standard Chartered Switzerland for five years where I was a trusted advisor to the Board of Directors and COO of Standard Chartered Private Bank, UAE. I am known to be an excellent communicator and a leader that is able to relate to their staff and stakeholders. I have strong knowledge of CDD and AML, credit risk management, operational risk management, Fintech, project management and change management.
