On a typical day, I focus on client success, strategic and product investment planning, operational execution, profit and loss management, partner and acquisition strategy, and overall process improvement. I’m inspired by bold, visionary change, focusing on workplace transformation and cultural evolution as key enablers for such change to be successful.
