Andrea is a highly successful and effective executive leader with 17 years’ experience in Financial Services in the UK and abroad. She has strong people, strategic and commercial skills. With product management, proposition design and strategic thinking core to her skill set she has operated across a broad range of personal, wealth and private banking product sets. She has a proven track record in leading, managing and delivering complex projects and establishing high performing and motivated teams. Andrea is an effective communicator with strong influencing skills and an engaging style. She is confident and very experienced dealing with senior leadership teams.

Andrea is the Managing Director of Commercialisation and Propositions for Transaction Banking at Lloyd’s Banking Group, the largest Digital Bank in the UK. Andrea is responsible for developing propositions, strategic partnerships, and pricing across the Transaction Banking product suite, and is accountable for a number of strategic initiatives coving APIs, data, and distributed ledger technology. She is also responsible for the balance sheet within Transaction Banking.

During her time with Lloyd’s Banking Group, she has worked in a variety of commercial and strategic roles, including Open Banking Director for the Retail Bank looking at ways the Group can develop propositions and business models to take advantage of this exciting industry change in the UK. Andrea has worked across a range of financial services, including personal, commercial and private banking product sets, both in the UK and abroad, and uses this experience to support the development of diverse talent in the financial services sector.
