About Andrea Clamer

Currently, Head of Distressed Credit Investment & Servicing at illimity — a startup bank that is changing the ways things are traditionally done with a highly innovative and technological business model. It came about as a result of the merger between SPAXS (co-founded by me in 2017), and Banca Interprovinciale. Illimity analyses challenging situations to create value. At illimity, my goal is to invest in the corporate distressed credit market, focusing on specific niche markets. In 2018 I started up a new venture in Credit Servicing called Neprix, a new paradigm platform for distressed Credit. Neprix will cover also the Asset disposal business through IT Auction, an avantgarde tech platform for asset auctions, recently acquired. My career has evolved from consulting positions - dealing with change management and performance improvement, to financial companies where I consolidated my skills in distressed credit investment. I was appointed Head of NPL Division for Banca IFIS where I supervised the acquisition of debt portfolios and managed the division's partnerships with major financial institutions. A lot has happened since my MBA at SDA Bocconi.
