About Amy Neale

Amy Neale is a General Partner with Delta Partners where she invests in early stage technology companies. Amy is an entrepreneurial leader with a track record in investing, governance, strategic partnerships, business development, innovation management and corporate venturing. Prior to joining Delta, Amy was Senior Vice President at Mastercard, responsible for Mastercard's global fintech team who led partnerships, developer engagement, product strategy and corporate development. During her time at Mastercard Amy devised and delivered the award winning Start Path program for early stage companies, supporting 280 companies who have gone on to raise +€5B in capital. Earlier in her career Amy held a variety of roles supporting entrepreneurs to be successful both in Ireland and the UK. Amy holds a PhD in Computational Linguistics, a Postgraduate Diploma and a BA in Linguistics all from Cardiff University. Amy Neale is recognized as one of the top 100 women in STEM in Ireland, and is passionate about making the world of technology fully inclusive.
