About Alie Tan

Colleagues know me as a highly creative and self-motivated leader with 15 years experiences in consumer products who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach and strategy. I spend a lot of time understanding the business, requirements and the audience before suggesting ideas. I’m truly passionate about my work at FinAccel and always eager to connect with other engineers, designer and UX expert. While I enjoy all aspects of my job at FinAccel, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the stakeholders to understand their business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.
