As previously reported Wolters Kluwer’s OneSumX was also named Best International Financial Services Software provider as part of the same award series. Both OneSumX, part of the firm’s Finance, Risk & Reporting (FRR) business, and ELM Solutions sit within the firm’s Governance, Risk & Compliance Division, headed by CEO Richard Flynn. The company reported 2015 annual revenues of €4.2 billion and serves customers in more than 180 countries, employing some 19,000 people worldwide.

Last month Wolters Kluwer’s ELM Solutions announced it is bringing greater efficiency, collaboration and software usability to corporate legal departments with Passport® Office Companion. ELM Solutions’ Passport solution now features an interface that enables legal professionals to manage their legal workflows directly from familiar Microsoft Office Suite of products. And in July the firm said it has processed more than $80 billion in legal invoices through its solutions, and that data is available to harvest for customer insights via the LegalVIEW® database. According to the firm’s website Wolters Kluwer’s ELM Solutions has a global workforce of more than 500 people, customers across 190 countries, and has completed more than 700 implementations of its software. ELM Solutions’ financial services clients include AXA, Aon and Wells Fargo.

Developments within its other GRC business lines, meanwhile, includes July’s news that Lebanon’s Blom Bank has chosen Wolters Kluwer’s OneSumX to provide it operational risk software solution. And in June the firm reported that Taiwan Business Bank’s Wuhan, China, branch has selected OneSumX Regulatory Reporting solution for its increased regulatory reporting requirements.
