WiseAlpha shortlisted for the British Bank Awards

WiseAlpha, the UK’s leading digital bond market, has beaten off tough competition to  make the shortlist in the ‘Best Investments Provider’ category at the annual British Bank Awards. The announcement marks the fourth consecutive year WiseAlpha has been recognised by the awards body, known affectionately as the ‘Oscars of the banking world.”

The company’s world-first offer of fractional bonds to private investors saw it scoop ‘Best Investments Provider’ two years running in 2018 and 2019 as well as ‘ highly commended’ at last year’s ceremony.

The British Bank Awards, now in its 7th year, is organised by the independent review site Smart Money People. It exists to champion the very best financial services firms and to highlight the best financial products, hottest innovations, and the most trusted financial brands and partners.

The nomination comes at an incredible time for WiseAlpha as it gears up for growth with a number of exciting new developments in the pipeline. Most recently, the fintech revealed its newly redesigned investment platform and announced its arrival on personal finance app Money Dashboard making the first time Fractional Bonds have ever been brought into any digital money managing app. The company is now working towards building its reach with a number of new developments designed to take recognition to the next level and to help the company realise its mission of opening up the world of corporate bonds to budding investors everywhere.

Commenting on becoming a finalist Rezaah Ahmad, the founder and CEO of WiseAlpha Technologies says, “Being nominated yet again in this category is a fantastic vote of confidence from our fast growing community in the service we provide. Simply being in the running truly reflects how far WiseAlpha has come in its ambition to make understanding of bonds a reality and to make them available like never before to a whole new audience who didn’t even know they could. We are thrilled to be shortlisted, and having won in the last 2 of 3 years, here’s hoping we can pick up that winning streak again.”

Voting for finalists will be ongoing until 19th April 2021. There’s still time to vote for WiseAlpha and you can do so here. All votes will be entered into a prize draw to win £1000 cash. Winners will be announced at The British Bank Awards ceremony on 13th May, at The Grand Connaught Rooms, London.
