Verifi’s Lisa Polter-Tennant Selected as 2019 Stevie Award Woman of the Year Finalist

The 2019 Stevie Awards for Women in Business have selected Lisa Polter-Tennant, SVP for Global Client Relations at Verifi, Inc., as a finalist for their 2019 awards. Leading a team of 14, Lisa manages all client, partner, and reseller relationships globally. Under her stewardship, Lisa has built a team that has a shared passion for transparent collaboration and consistently looks for new ways to drive value and deliver meaningful solutions. In addition to managing global relationships for Verifi, Lisa is a long-term Advisory Board member for PaymentsEd.

Her contributions to Verifi’s strategy continue to ensure the mutual success of Verifi and our clients.”

Lisa has over 20 years of experience in risk management, client management, payments operations, ecommerce and payments strategy. Prior to Verifi, Lisa led strategic account management at Litle & Co./Vantiv. Previously, her focus was chargeback operations, building teams and procedures to mitigate and fight fraud. Lisa’s strength has been to significantly increase revenue through successful up-sell of value-added services, achieving 98%+ client retention rates. Lisa is a graduate of Babson Women’s Leadership Program, and a graduate of Bill Gove Public Speaking Workshop.
