Unit4 releases PSA Suite Business Performance Edition
Unit4 announces the release of PSA Suite Business Performance Edition following its acquisition of Assistance Software last month. This is an important deliverable as Unit4 sets its sights on becoming the leading enterprise systems supplier to professional services organisations globally.
The latest edition of Unit4 PSA Suite delivers the only end-to-end offering with out-of-the-box industry solutions and native Microsoft Dynamics 365 integration. This supports sales teams to generate and manage leads and opportunities and model and forecast performance leveraging the Sales Automation functionality with Microsoft CRM. Combined with PSA Suite, customers benefit from real-time insight into projects, budget and revenue so they can take immediate action to ensure projects stay on track.
“We have ambitious plans to rapidly develop, integrate and market our PSA Suite worldwide as we seek to build a greater lead in the sector,” said Jeremy Roche, Chief Product Officer, Unit4. “PSA Suite has been very successful as a standalone solution, but combined with Unit4 and its domain experience, it will be even more compelling to a wider range of customers. PSA Suite together with Unit4 Business World ERP gives services organisations a single end-to-end and intelligent enterprise solution so they can become more strategic and ensure efficiency and excellence in execution.”
Unit4 delivers specialised customer facing solutions to services organisations so they can improve the management of their business operations from front to back office. For professional services, its focus is on extending the functionality of its PSA Suite, and delivering pre-built content for key verticals. It has also established a new PSA Advisory Council with senior professional services industry customers and leading industry experts. Council members will be encouraged to exchange knowledge and experience that supports Unit4’s sector approach.
Unit4 PSA Suite customers include major organisations such as Fugro, RSM, Grant Thornton, Eiffel and KPN.
