Ultimate Finance launches Structured Finance proposition
Specialist asset-based lender, Ultimate Finance, is today announcing the launch of its Structured Finance proposition providing a streamlined solution for UK businesses to release working capital and invest in their growth.
Structured Finance from Ultimate Finance will enable introducers to connect their clients to tailored, multi-asset funding solutions of between £350k and £5 million against several assets simultaneously, such as unpaid invoices, plant and machinery, and property.
Borrowing against multiple assets can be a complex form of funding, however Ultimate Finance’s Structured Finance offering is delivered in a streamlined manner through a single point of contact supported by a dedicated deal team. Structured Finance solutions allow businesses to access a greater level of working capital than traditional sources of funding and are designed to meet their individual needs and event-driven requirements.
Structured Finance will complement Ultimate Finance’s existing solution offering comprising working capital, asset finance and bridging finance, through which over £1.6bn of funding was provided to SMEs in 2019.
Josh Levy, CEO at Ultimate Finance, said, “We are launching Structured Finance in direct response to the needs of UK businesses for trusted and transparent funding solutions delivered by reliable relationship managers invested in supporting the long-term requirements of our clients.
“We offer the quick, simple and flexible approach to lending that businesses want, with up to £5 million of asset-based solutions at their disposal – all under the guidance of a single point of contact supported by a dedicated deal team. Our offering eliminates the traditional complexity of applying for and managing multiple funding products, giving business owners time back to invest in their company.”
