TWINO launches TWINO Ventures to offer high-yield secured loans to investors

TWINO announces the launch of TWINO Ventures, a new offering that allows investors to diversify their existing portfolios with secured loans. The loans will see TWINO’s investors provide funding for real estate projects, carefully selected by a specialist real estate partner, working alongside TWINO’s investment experts, led by founder and former CEO, Armands Broks.

TWINO is launching TWINO Ventures to satisfy the rapidly growing interest for new high-yield investment opportunities across different asset classes. TWINO Ventures allows investors to diversify their portfolios by funding secured loans with an annual return of up to 12 percent.

The loans listed on the platform will be granted by TWINO to business ventures that are already proven in the market, or to pre-selected real estate development projects, which will then be repaid to investors when the projects are finalised and sold.

The launch of TWINO Ventures comes as the business looks to diversify its offerings to new customers and new markets. Real estate marks the first investment opportunity from TWINO Ventures, with additional offerings likely to be included in the coming years.

TWINO has also recently launched operations in Vietnam under the brand name VAMO, in partnership with VIA SMS Group. The move is part of TWINO’s ongoing expansion of lending markets, which will see the business prepare for further growth in South East Asia in 2020.

Roberts Lasovskis, Investment Platform Lead at TWINO, said: “We’re always looking for new ways to give our investors access to high-yield opportunities, across different geographies, industries and asset classes. TWINO Ventures is a testament to that, through this project, we’re offering our investors the diversification key for any mature portfolio alongside market-leading returns.”
