Thomas Dodson joins N26 as Head of Engineering in the US
In his role, Thomas Dodson will bring technical and strategic leadership to help N26 accelerate its growth in the US market.
Dodson joins N26 with many years of experience as a technologist, both as an engineer and as a leader of software teams. Prior to joining N26, Thomas was Director of Engineering at Capital One, leading the R&D group in charge of bringing to market many innovative digital banking tools and features.

The German challenger bank has managed to attract almost 500.000 customers in the US so far.
The age of an average N26 US customer is 36. About 35% of customers are in their 20s, around 34% are in their 30s and about 19% in their 40s. N26 has also spread all over the country, with most of the customers being based in New York, Chicago, Houston, Miami and Atlanta.

The digital bank already provides its customers with getting their paycheck up to 2 days earlier with direct deposit, cashback on subscriptions, and exciting partner discounts on wellness, education, fashion, entertainment, and more.
