Synechron: Where Employees are Happy to Work!

Synechron today announced for the second year in a row, it has ranked among the top companies where employees indicate they find it to be a happy place to work. The survey, conducted by Meilleures-entreprises.com in partnership with Les Echos Start, aims to measure management excellence and to understand employee motivations globally. Synechron is proud to be a global leader in the eyes of our employees and is committed to providing a happy place to work focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, empowerment, responsibility, accountability, and stewardship.

This years survey was completed by nearly 7,000 organizations, and views are based entirely on a global sampling of employee feedback across Synechrons 8,000 employees. Responses were provided on a five point scale to determine the companys affectiveness in delivering employees an open, digital, and authentic HR experience. The responses were highly favorable with: professional development (4.16/5), work environment (4.41/5), motivation and management (4.12/5), wage and recognition (3.94/5), pride (4.32/5) and pleasure (4.27/5). Synechron also obtained a strong overall score of 4.2/5 and a recommendation rate of 73%.
