Secure Trading/acquiring.com expand fashion retail portfolio Secure Trading Group chosen by Ties.co.uk for payment gateway and merchant services
It was announced today that Secure Trading and acquiring arm acquiring.com have been taken on by luxury tie retailer Ties.co.uk as payment solution provider. Ties.co.uk is one of the UK’s most popular online retailers for high quality men’s apparel, and with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction, they felt that Secure Trading and acquiring.com were the perfect fit for the company’s ethos.
The deal between Ties.co.uk and Secure Trading/acquiring.com was struck thanks to the success of an existing relationship between one of the merchant’s sister-companies, TiesRUs.co.uk and Secure Trading. Secure Trading and acquiring.com were chosen thanks to their familiar back-end system and cost-effective processing fees.
“Secure Trading have always been reliable payments provider for Ties.co.uk, so it was an easy decision to use them for Ties.co.uk,” Jason Farnsworth, Managing Director of Ties.co.uk said, referring to Secure Trading’s payment gateway has an unrivalled 18 years of no downtime. “We chose an integrated gateway and acquiring payment system with Secure Trading and acquiring.com because it assures that we reduce hassle by having a single point of contact for all of our payment tools.”
