Sberbank and BI.ZONE Organize Workshop on Cybersecurity in Singapore

Stanislav Kuznetsov, Deputy Chairman of Sberbank’s Executive Board, and BI.ZONE, Sberbank’s subsidiary, have held a workshop on cybersecurity at the venue of Kaspersky Lab in Singapore.

Representatives of the leading banks of the world discussed collaboration frameworks, the exchange of data, and mutual cooperation to reduce cybersecurity risks. Participants of the workshop discussed the ways to combat the most dangerous cybercriminal gangs using data obtained from the most well-known cases.

Also Stanislav Kuznetsov provided key statistics on the best-known cybercrime gangs in the world and on recent cyber-attacks.

“We are making every effort to protect our clients from cybersecurity threats,” said Stanislav Kuznetsov. “Cybersecurity is one of the top development priorities for Sberbank, and we currently manage to eliminate 97% of all risks. Sberbank is the leader in terms of cybersecurity risk management in Russia, and we are pleased to organize the workshop at the venue of Kaspersky Lab, the world-known leading cybersecurity firm.”

BI.ZONE is Sberbank’s subsidiary established back in 2016. The company is in charge of cyber threat analysis and the bank’s security system testing.
