SapientNitro develops new iPad app for Fidelity
SapientNitro, part of Publicis.Sapient, and Fidelity Worldwide Investment, the worldwide asset management company, have launched an iPad app for all investors.
The app is designed to deliver a truly personalised customer experience by providing customers with a consolidated view of their investments as well as the latest finance news and insights from Fidelity’s global experts.
SapientNitro and Fidelity worked in partnership to design and build the app in line with customer and regulatory needs. The app provides all users with intuitive and relevant content, and allows Fidelity customers to check accounts and monitor funds – so, whether they have an ISA, pension or invest their money directly in funds, every investor can engage with their finances in their own preferred way.
As a full-service investment company with a well-established offering of websites and mobile apps, Fidelity understands the importance of putting customer experience at the heart of everything it does. To further enhance the digital ecosystem, Fidelity came to SapientNitro to ensure the new app would provide an immersive experience to better connect the brand with its digitally empowered investors by giving them greater control over their finances.
Ian Hood, Head of Digital at Fidelity Worldwide Investment, said: “The app we have created with SapientNitro gives our customers real control of their investments. A general concern amongst investors is not having a consolidated view of their finances. This app makes that possible in a simple and clear manner, while providing a digital brand and customer experience second to none.”
Bradley Gamage, Client Services Director at SapientNitro, said: “As a new breed of agency, we’ve put a real emphasis on connected thinking and collaboration with Fidelity. We came together to combine the investment knowledge and expertise of the Fidelity team with the strategic, creative, technology and UX skills of the team at SapientNitro. Together we created an app to provide credible guidance to investors, giving them the tools and information they need to manage their finances on their own terms.”
