RiskSense Wins Gold in Stevie International Business Awards Competition
Cyber Risk Management Technology Vendor Recognized in Five Categories including Top Company, Tech Startup of the Year and Best New Product
RiskSense®, Inc. today announced that it has earned three Gold and two Silver 2017 Stevie® International Business Awards. The IBAs received more than 3,900 nominations from 60 nations and territories this year. RiskSense won Gold in the Company of the Year (Computer Software – Small), Most Innovative Tech Company (up to 100 employees) and Best Product (Software – Governance, Risk and Compliance) categories.
The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word for “crowned,” the awards will be presented to winners at a gala awards banquet at the W Hotel in Barcelona, Spain on 21 October.
“Winning five Stevie International Business Awards is a milestone for RiskSense and powerful endorsement for our unique attack surface validation approach to cyber risk management,” said Dr. Srinivas Mukkamala, co-founder and CEO of RiskSense. “Instead of focusing on a single stack or layer, the RiskSense platform makes it possible for organizations to pro-actively understand, prioritize and remediate risks based on their business criticality — across the network, applications, databases and even IoT devices.”
Cyber security professionals worldwide are struggling under a rapidly changing threat landscape and regulatory pressure to improve their information security posture. The RiskSense Platform provides continuous diagnostic and mitigation capabilities by ingesting, unifying, and contextualizing vast volumes of internal security intelligence with external threat data, and correlating the findings with business criticality to continuously reveal cyber risk exposure across a growing attack surface spanning the network, servers, endpoints, applications, and databases. RiskSense enables enterprises to minimize cyber risk by closing the most critical security gaps first, and gain valuable, continuous situational awareness that helps them keep cyber adversaries at bay.
