Provenir hires Paul Spiteri as VP of business development in North America

Provenir, the risk decisioning solutions provider, today announces the appointment of Paul Spiteri as Vice President of Business Development in North America.

Paul will head up the sales team with a primary focus on customer opportunities for the Prism application for commercial lending. Paul will report to Jeff Oulton, President and Chief Operating Officer and be based in Provenir’s new sales office at 230 Park Avenue, New York City.

“As Provenir continues to grow, we are excited to welcome Paul Spiteri, who will be a great asset in the North American region and beyond,” said Jeff Oulton. “Financial institutions are seeking best of breed technology to enable product innovation, help improve client service, meet the threat of new market entrants and serve the needs of today’s market. As a world-class professional with excellent credentials Paul will be a great addition to the team, bringing his considerable expertise to benefit Provenir’s aims.”

Spiteri joins from Misys, where he served as Global Sales Director for Lending as well as North American Sales Director responsible for worldwide sales efforts. With almost 15 years spent in a top tier financial services software provider, his experience covers all aspects of sales and client facing professional services as well as partnering with product management and corporate development on sales direction and business growth.
