Profitus Partners with Axiology to Launch Bond Investments

The crowdfunding platform Profitus is launching digital bonds in collaboration with the EU-licensed distributed ledger technology (DLT) capital markets infrastructure provider Axiology. The partnership simplifies the bond investment process and provides investors with access to a reliable and innovative solution that ensures convenience and transparency.

Until now, Profitus has primarily focused on financing real estate projects in the form of loans. With the launch of digital bonds, the platform is expanding its offering, giving investors access to a new asset class and more opportunities to build a diversified investment portfolio.

Viktorija Čijunskytė, founder and CEO of Profitus said, “As we expand our product offering, we choose partners we can trust and who share our vision of accessible and simplified investing. Marius Jurgilas and the Axiology team have the experience to create innovative financial technologies, and their integration into the Profitus platform gives our clients more opportunities and convenience when investing. We are ambitious and demanding, first and foremost of ourselves, so it is important that our partners are equally passionate about innovation and a streamlined investment experience.”

The minimum investment in bonds through the Profitus platform will be €500, whereas the typical market value of a single bond is around €1,000 or more. This lowers the barrier to entry into capital markets and allows a broader range of investors to include bonds in their portfolios.

Each bond will be securely recorded on Axiology’s Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) infrastructure. This ensures a high level of security, reliable data management, full transparency, and traceability of investment ownership. With Axiology handling this process, Profitus can focus on investment selection, analysis, and offering new investment opportunities to its clients.

Marius Jurgilas, CEO of Axiology added, “The partnership with Profitus is a step toward next-generation capital markets. Innovation and digital solutions are transforming market processes, providing greater access to all participants, accelerating transaction execution, and enabling more efficient asset management.”
