Prestige Funds Lending Partner Wins Lender of the Year at National Credit Awards

Prestige Funds Lending Partner Nucleus Commercial Finance, a specialist in providing finance solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises in the UK, has won the highly coveted Lender of the Year Award at the UK’s National Credit Awards.

Nucleus Commercial Finance has lent over GBP 2.8 billion to businesses since it was founded in 2011. It has been recognised for its considerable investment in technology to facilitate fast track lending decisions. The quality of its in-house team has also meant that it was selected as a provider of government guaranteed loans to businesses during the pandemic.

Nucleus owns an AI-powered lending platform which allows it to make much faster lending decisions.

Nucleus Commercial Finance acts as the lending partner for Prestige Funds, a specialist private debt fund manager with a 15-year track record. Nucleus manages a broad portfolio of commercial loans for Prestige’s Luxembourg fund range.

“At Nucleus, we combine the stability of bank finance with the flexibility and speed of fintech lending platforms,” explained Nucleus Commercial Finance CEO Chirag Shah. “Our use of technology ensures delivery of the best experience for businesses and their relationship managers.”

Nucleus is active across a range of lending markets, including cash flow finance, property finance, and revenue-based lending.

Craig Reeves, Founder of Prestige Funds, added: “Nucleus has been winning plaudits within its sector for a number of years now.
