Portugal Ventures chooses Seedrs for Investment Partnership

Seedrs and Portugal Ventures announce a partnership that will provide a boost to the growing startup ecosystem in Portugal. The venture capital firm will start investing alongside the crowd, with a cap at €1.25 million, into the most innovative Portuguese equity crowdfunding campaigns on the Seedrs platform.

Portugal Ventures is the first Portuguese venture firm to partner with the Seedrs investment platform. The partnership will see the VC firm investing up to 50% of the funding target into Portuguese startups raising on the platform. Startups will benefit from access to the venture platform and network of Portugal Ventures. The venture firm is widening its portfolio within technology sectors, such as fintech, smart manufacturing, digital health, mobility, and travel tech.
