Pixxles puts CSR ahead of UK launch during Covid-19 crisis
Pixxles, a new comprehensive and secure payment processing solution for e-commerce merchants throughout the UK & EU, recently completed its first Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) campaign in the UK despite delaying the launch of its business until later this year.
The pandemic has proven an opportunity for Pixxles to change its initial approach to CSR based on what the team has seen happen in the UK, and on a global basis, over recent months. Pixxles made the decision to donate to a variety of charities representing a multitude of important causes across the UK in order to help the worst affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.
Scott Dawson, Head of Operations, Pixxles, said: “It has been great to see so many individuals and organisations become involved with their local communities and support a variety of important causes. Small actions can make a big difference and we wanted to be a part of that. You will see the Pixxles team getting more personally involved with our CSR activities over the coming months as we launch our business and begin helping UK businesses grow and prosper online.”
The charities and causes that have benefitted from Pixxles donations to date include:
