Klarna Partners With Iconic Luxury Retailers Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman

Klarna, the AI-powered global payments network and shopping assistant, has partnered with Neiman Marcus, one of the largest luxury retailers in the U.S., and famed New York City-based Bergdorf Goodman to offer its range of flexible payment methods online.

The partnership helps Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman customers shop smarter for the most coveted designer handbags and clothing from world-renowned fashion houses, with a choice of flexible payment methods. Pay in 4 allows customers to split their purchase into four interest-free payments; Financing offers flexible payment plans; and Pay in Full for immediate checkout convenience.

The collaboration makes luxury accessible by empowering customers to shop the way that best suits their financial needs. Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman join 600,000 other world-class retailers that are embracing Klarna to attract, convert and retain more customers, and furthers the list of top 100 US retailers that choose Klarna..

David Sykes, Klarna’s Chief Commercial Officer, said: “Partnering with Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman is a milestone for Klarna, bringing greater flexibility to customers shopping at two of the most prestigious upscale retailers in the world. Together, we’re redefining how people access and experience luxury, making it easier than ever to shop for the things they love.”

This expansion will enhance Klarna’s stronghold in the luxury sector joining global iconic luxury stores such as Liberty and Harrods in London.

Cheryl Haan, NMG’s Chief Digital Officer said: “Our collaboration with Klarna is enhancing the shopping journey for our customers, delivering a more seamless experience while broadening our reach and connecting with new audiences.”

Klarna is already available online with Neiman Marcus, in perfect time for the holidays, and will be available online at Bergdorf Goodman in January 2025.
