Bhutan Airlines Announces Partnership with FinMont, the Global Payment Orchestration Platform

Bhutan Airlines is pleased to announce a new partnership with FinMont, a leading global payment orchestration platform. The leading airline has chosen FinMont global solution to provide a secure payment gateway incorporating a wide range of payment methods and ensuring a seamless customer transaction process.

The founders of German airline, Hahn Air, launched FinMont to offer the travel industry a unique solution that, unlike other options available, streamlines not only B2C payments but also B2B payments. Combining both payments into a single view will help decision-makers identify and fix inefficiencies in their current payment processes.

Bhutan Airlines operates with a fleet featuring two A319 aircraft, thoughtfully designed to accommodate 126 passengers. The airline’s services encompass daily flights from Bangkok to Paro via Kolkata, India, as well as three weekly flights to Delhi via Kathmandu.

With this new partnership, FinMont’s global payment platform will support a wide range of payment methods, and ensure a seamless transaction process, fortified by robust fraud detection features. Its user-friendly interface builds trust and encourages growth in Bhutan Airlines’ e-commerce services, creating a reliable and stress-free experience for passengers.

Suby Valluri, CEO of FinMont, commented on the partnership, “We are excited to welcome Bhutan Airlines as a valued client and partner. This collaboration underscores our commitment to revolutionising payment orchestration within the travel industry. Our advanced payment ecosystem is designed to offer a secure payment gateway, delivering seamless, efficient payment processes that meet the complex needs of airlines and travel merchants.”

Pema N Nadik, CEO of Bhutan Airlines added, “By partnering with FinMont, Bhutan Airlines has taken yet another step toward ensuring that every aspect of the travel experience is as stress-free as possible, allowing passengers to focus on their journey rather than worrying about their financial transactions. The introduction of this secure payment gateway demonstrates Bhutan Airlines’ commitment to blending technology with customer care, setting a new standard for service in the aviation industry.
