Payments innovator FreedomPay expands European Team with appointment of Head of European Sales

Payments Innovator, FreedomPay, the advanced payment platform for the entire commerce ecosystem has announced the addition of Kevin Carson to its sales team as Vice President, European Sales. In this role, Carson will be responsible for driving revenue growth and leading the sales business across the region.

Carson joins FreedomPay from the FTSE 100 company Sage where, as Payments Director he managed the team for the UK and Ireland.  Prior to joining Sage, Carson was responsible for leading Google’s outsource operations with Capita in the UK, South Africa and Israel.  He also held senior positions at Yell, Three and Aviva.

Kevin will play a pivotal role in our expansion in the UK and Europe focusing on key verticals such as hospitality; food and beverage; financial services and retail,” said Chris Kronenthal, President and CTO at FreedomPay

Carson will join FreedomPay the global leader in secure commerce technology for lodging, retail, restaurants, stadiums and other hospitality merchants in February.  He will be based in London.
