Ozan Ready for Brexit With a License in the UK and EU
By FF Newsroom · 27 January 2021

As soon as the UK announced Brexit, the whole EU system started to change. Because one of the main EU countries was preparing to leave it, some new issues had to be solved almost immediately.
Businesses operating around the EU faced some drastic new measures, and many of them started to choose between the UK and the EU market. The laws are starting to differ, and owners and managers stated that it became challenging to lead one business according to two different sets of rules.
A small number of owners managed to find a solution to keep their business running smoothly both in the UK and the EU, even after Brexit. One of them is Dr. Ozan Ozerk, founder of Ozan and OpenPayd.
How Will Brexit Affect Businesses
Before we move on, we need to explain first what companies will be affected the most by Brexit. A company will be affected by Brexit if it:
- Supplies service for people inside the UK
- Sells goods to people and organizations within the UK
- Transports goods through the UK
- Uses UK materials to make goods for countries of EU
- Discuss with their business partners about the changes that will take place.
- Contact the local authorities and see how they can prepare for the transition period.
- Consult the “readiness notices” on the number of topics to get ready for Brexit.
