One Inc Extends Executive Leadership Team, Appoints Damian Tanenbaum as Chief Customer Officer

One Inc, the leading digital payments network for the insurance industry, is pleased to announce that Damian Tanenbaum has joined the company as its first Chief Customer Officer (CCO). As a member of One Inc’s senior leadership team, he will be responsible for setting strategic direction for operations, relationship management, customer experience, and digital transformation initiatives. He will also lead communications for the company with its current and prospective customers. Damian will report directly to CEO Ian Drysdale. 

Damian brings to One Inc over two decades of experience in leading high-quality and effective customer experience teams in the fintech and electronic payments industries. He recently served as Chief Operating & People Officer with Blankfactor, a digital software solutions provider. Damian was also Head of Customer Delivery & Chief Operating Officer at Ingenico, and was the SVP of operations for TSYS and Global Payments Inc.

Over the past three years, One Inc has seen a nearly 45% annual growth rate. Damian is the third executive hire for One Inc in 2022, which includes their first General Counsel Marc Liner, and Jeffrey Robinson as Chief Human Resource Officer. One Inc was also recently included on the Inc 5000 list of the fastest-growing and most prestigious private companies.
