NTT Data Getronics Announces Strategic Business Partnership with Pegasystems

NTT Data Getronics announced it has become a Registered Business Partner of Pegasystems Inc., which empowers the world’s leading enterprises with strategic applications for customer engagement. As a Registered Business Partner, Getronics will leverage Pega technology to develop solutions for Japanese financial institutions to help streamline complex processes, lower costs, and improve customer experiences.

For many years, financial institutions have struggled to operate efficiently and reliably and maintain compliance with rules and regulations while adjusting to changes in the business environment. Many banks use manual operations for various financial transactions without adequate IT system and automation support. Because of high system development costs, they have not improved their business processes to further reduce costs and improve how they engage with their customers.

Getronics will leverage the Pega 7 Platform, an industry leading application development platform used by enterprises to accelerate business change. With its partnership with Pega, Getronics will expand the Pega 7 market with top Japanese banks and their global affiliates.

Pega 7 is an industry-leading, model-driven application development platform. It empowers users to quickly build and evolve business systems, simplifying and automating operations so organizations can reduce costs, improve agility, and deliver the end-to-end experiences that customers demand. Pega’s software is used in many leading financial services organizations, including eight of the top 10 global banks.

Getronics will provide various business process solutions, including SWIFT settlement and AML, to banks, insurance companies, and security companies, based on Pega 7 and its deep knowledge of the platform. Getronics has invested in Pega product certifications for its consulting staff to ensure successful client engagements.
