FF News caught up with Liza Richardson, VP, Solutions – Finance Transformation at Aptitude Software Limited, to discuss her predictions for the future in relation to her field of work and the industry as a whole.

“I think that, moving forward, KPIs are going to be a big thing. They’re going to have to change, because the P&L numbers are going to change moving forward. The way that you’re evaluating your business will change, so therefore, that will impact KPIs.”

“There’s real pressure for the insurers to actually become more efficient. The new players in the market and the insurtechs don’t have all the legacy and overheads that the traditional players have had. They’re able to start immediately on a more streamlined basis, so I think every area of the business is going to be looked at to see how to make it more efficient.”
