KR Group hires Group Director of Change

KR Group, the leading specialist provider of financial solutions to the over 55’s, has appointed Georgina Callaghan as Group Director of Change.

Georgina joins the company following an exceptional track record across transformation, change and digital leadership roles; most recently in her role as Senior Programme Manager for The Co-op where she led the operating model transformation. Georgina’s career has spanned the digital transformation of Auto-Trader, the international roll out of Barclays Digital payments platform and management consulting at PwC which included simplifying the administration of Lehman Brothers in the UK.

At the KR Group, Georgina will take accountability for the Group change function scheduling and resourcing the projects across Key, more 2 life and the Group. She will ensure advancements are made regarding the long term Group strategy and will manage the delivery of the change portfolio. Georgina will report directly to Dave Johnson, Chief Digital Officer.
