Kite Consulting Group Launches Blocktribe to Source dedicated Blockchain Recruitment Roles

Kite Consulting Group, providing financial recruitment hires throughout Europe, today announced the launch of Blocktribe, a specialist site designed to list the best blockchain-related jobs around the globe. Blocktribe is a central go-to source of jobs in this area, and the first of its kind for blockchain in Europe. With over one hundred blockchain roles already advertised, the launch of www.blocktribe.com builds on Kite’s award of Best Banking/Financial Services Recruitment Agency at the 2016 Recruiter Awards, by creating a central place for businesses to find talent in this rapidly growing job market.

Distributed ledger technologies have the potential to deliver significant business improvement and cost reduction across many industries, including in financial services areas such as payments, clearing and settlements. In the fast-growing blockchain industry, talent acquisition is a business-critical issue and can be a real pain point for entrepreneurs and innovators. Currently with so few people working directly with blockchain technologies, and such high demand for talent, employers are not able to search specifically for blockchain hires.

Blocktribe will enable job posters, including start-ups and existing businesses interested in innovation, to access job seekers with the variety of skills required to satisfy this dynamic sector. Blocktribe will source information technologists and candidates with financial infrastructure experience; whether their background is in business or technology. The site is already proving popular with large market players and a number of blockchain businesses, including: Circle, Bitpay, Gatcoin, BNY Mellon, Deloitte and Elliptic; who are all listing jobs on the site at launch.

Daniel Halstead, CEO and Founder, Kite Consulting Group, and Founder of Blocktribe, commented: “At Kite, we understand how businesses hire A-Players. We believe blockchain is revolutionary technology and needs a place where everyone who wants to be involved can find work or new staff.  We are delighted to launch Blocktribe, and think it will provide significant benefit to both job seekers and job posters alike. We know that firms currently have a significant issue finding and hiring people experienced in blockchain, due to the emerging nature of the technology. Companies need access to job seekers interested and excited by this ground-breaking development. Blocktribe fills that gap and we hope will source the world’s best blockchain jobs.”
