Kenetic and Decentraland to Host NIFTY – The First Conference and Hackathon Dedicated to the Future of Blockchain Gaming and Non-Fungible Tokens

Kenetic, a blockchain investment and technology firm, and Decentraland, a virtual reality platform powered by blockchain, today announced the launch of NIFTY, a three-day conference and hackathon that will bring together international developers, investors, and entrepreneurs to discuss the future of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), collectibles, and blockchain gaming. The conference will take place at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Hong Kong, July 24-25, 2018, while the hackathon will run July 25-26, 2018, in Cyberport, a global leading innovation and digital technology hub in Hong Kong.

In addition to the conference, the NIFTY hackathon will bring more than 200 developers to Cyberport. Workshops focused on building blockchain-based games will be held on the afternoon of July 25th, with prizes worth more than US $15,000.
