Kantox named on CB Insights’ Fintech 250 List of Fastest-Growing Fintech Startups Worldwide

Kantox, a leader in FX solutions for businesses, has today been named by CB Insights on the second annual Fintech 250 list as one of the fastest-growing Fintechs in the world. The list includes an impressive group of emerging private companies that are creating ground-breaking financial technology.

“For Kantox to be named among the fastest-growing Fintech start-ups globally is a fantastic recognition,” said Kantox CEO and co-founder Philippe Gelis.

He cites the company’s innovative Dynamic Hedging and Payments Hub solutions as the secret to the company’s growth, explaining: “More companies are looking for sophisticated solutions to efficiently manage their FX workflow. Kantox has created fast and flexible software which enables companies to completely eliminate FX risk from their business, become more competitive, and leverage currencies to expand into new markets. Our continued growth is a testament to our inclusion on the Fintech 250.”

CB Insights’ CEO, Anand Sanwal, added: “After we named the inaugural Fintech 250 in 2017, they went on to raise $23B including 30 rounds of over $100 million. 22 of the Fintech 250 have already exited with half via IPO. This year, we’ve added 113 new companies to the Fintech 250 using the CB Insights Mosaic algorithm, and the group is broad, covering everything from insurance tech to consumer banking to capital markets tech. We look forward to the success of this year’s group.”

Over 2,700 clients in more than 20 industries have already exchanged more than $8.5 billion with Kantox. The company have also been named winners of the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 UK and Fast 500 EMEA Awards for two consecutive years.
