Inszone Insurance Services Completes Acquisition of Young Insurance Group

Inszone Insurance Services, a rapidly growing national provider of benefits, personal, and commercial lines insurance, announced today the acquisition of Young Insurance Group.

Young Insurance was built under the leadership of Chad Young, who started the agency from a spare bedroom of his home back in 2006. The agency grew over the years and after decades of service, Young Insurance is known for protecting Colorado households and businesses with an unmatched customer service experience. Throughout its history, Young Insurance’s goal has been to always value long-term relationships with their clients, while providing the highest quality of service. A goal that the team at Inszone Insurance Services, Inc. shares and will continue to work towards.

Young Insurance customers will continue to receive the service they are accustomed to under the Inszone Insurance brand.

“Our growth in Colorado brings a wealth of opportunities for our agency, our customers and our employees,” said Norm Hudson, CEO of Inszone Insurance. “We are very excited to have Young Insurance become part of the Inszone team, and we look forward to seeing this brand thrive under the Inszone name.”

Inszone Insurance plans to continue to broaden its national footprint in 2022, and pursue a steady growth trajectory, with a number of important transactions to be completed and announced in the upcoming months.
