How Does Having An Old Call Recorder Impact You? (Survey)

Voice and Speech technology specialists, Business Systems (UK) Ltd are launching a short survey to identify how IT and Compliance managers are currently dealing with their old call recording systems and stored data.

How do you access your old call recordings?

The survey aims to collect 100+ responses from IT and Compliance managers across different industries in the United Kingdom, in order to understand how organisations are dealing with their old systems and whether they have a plan in place to access and retrieve past recordings that could be requested at any given time for compliance purposes.

The survey comes at the perfect time – with MiFID II fast approaching – higher importance is being placed on compliance and transparency, requiring organisations to store and provide recordings for 5+ years.

The results of the survey aim to shed light on whether organisations are prepared for when these new compliance regulations come to pass.

The survey will run starting 24th August 2015 up to the 16th September with results being published on the 6th October 2015.

If you deal with compliance or IT in your organisation and you have 5 minutes to spare, Business Systems (UK) Ltd are giving away £5 Starbucks e-gift cards to every person who completes our short survey – How Does Having An Old Call Recorder Impact You?
