OneDome Strengthens Group Leadership with Senior Compliance Appointments
OneDome has announced the appointment of Joanna Purdy as Group Head of Compliance to drive the future growth of the group and help scale, alongside the promotion of Rebecca Curtis to Head of Compliance for its networks, Mortgage Intelligence and OneDome Growth Partners.
The appointments reflect OneDome’s continued investment in strengthening its compliance framework as the business scales, while maintaining a practical and adviser-focused approach across its networks.
Joanna Purdy joins OneDome with more than 20 years’ experience in financial services, spanning mortgage networks, lending and advisory roles. Her experience includes working within large-scale network environments as well as hands-on broking, providing a strong background for leading compliance at Group level.
As Group Head of Compliance, Joanna will oversee compliance strategy across OneDome, ensuring a consistent, scalable framework that supports both growth and innovation across the business.
Joanna’s appointment is a key part of OneDome’s growth strategy, bringing dedicated Group-level leadership to a function that will be central to the next phase of the business’s expansion. As OneDome continues to grow its networks, broaden its specialist proposition and scale its integrated model, her role is to ensure the compliance framework grows with it – providing the structure, consistency and confidence needed to support the growth ambition across the Group.
Rebecca Curtis has been promoted to Head of Compliance for Mortgage Intelligence and OneDome Growth Partners, where she will continue to lead the network compliance function and work closely with advisers and internal teams on day-to-day delivery and development.
The new structure is designed to align Group oversight with network-level delivery, ensuring compliance remains both robust and grounded in the realities of adviser businesses.
Joanna Purdy, Group Head of Compliance at OneDome, said: “I’m excited to be joining OneDome at a time of real momentum for the Group. Having worked across networks, lenders and as a broker, I understand how important it is to balance strong compliance with practical, common-sense advice delivery.
My focus will be on building a scalable framework that supports the Group’s growth ambitions, while ensuring compliance feels clear, consistent and aligned with the needs of advisers.”
Rebecca Curtis, Head of Compliance for Mortgage Intelligence and OneDome Growth Partners, added: “I’m incredibly proud to take on this role and continue supporting our advisers and firms across the networks. We’ve built a strong compliance foundation, and this is about evolving that in a way that reflects how advisers actually work.
“Working alongside Joanna gives us a great opportunity to strengthen how we support firms – keeping compliance straightforward, accessible and aligned with growth.”
The appointments support OneDome’s wider strategy to substantially grow the network over the next few years.
