ComplyCube Launches Expanded Fraud Intelligence Suite to Enhance Real‐Time Fraud Detection

ComplyCube, a global digital identity and compliance platform, has launched an expanded Fraud Intelligence suite designed to help organisations detect and stop fraud earlier in the customer journey.

Online fraud is becoming more sophisticated and harder to detect. In the UK alone, confirmed fraud cases exceeded 2 million in the first half of 2025. Additionally, 58% of digital users reported experiencing at least one significant online risk last year, highlighting the growing scale and complexity of online fraud attacks.

To address these risks, ComplyCube has expanded its Fraud Intelligence suite to include three real-time, contextual signals designed to provide organisations with deeper visibility into the data and behaviours behind every user interaction.

  • Device Intelligence analyses session-level data such as device fingerprint, IP/geolocation consistency, and environment indicators to detect anomalies linked to bots, emulators, and automated attacks.

  • Phone Intelligence evaluates number type, carrier, hosting, and risk markers to identify disposable, VoIP, or high-risk numbers commonly used in synthetic identity and account takeover schemes.

  • Email Risk Score assesses domain age, usage patterns, and known abuse signals to generate a real-time reputation-score, helping teams prioritise risk and prevent fake account creation.

Through expanded identity verification capabilities, the new suite provides deeper context on how a device is used, how a phone number behaves, and the reputation of an email address. These insights enable teams to identify high-risk activity earlier, reduce false positives, and make more confident decisions – all without disrupting genuine users.

The suite integrates seamlessly into existing workflows via API, SDK, or hosted flows, enabling businesses to strengthen onboarding, automate escalation, and refine risk models without overhauling infrastructure.

Milosh Caunhye, Solutions Consultant at ComplyCube says, “Fraud today hides in the subtle signals that traditional credential checks miss. By analysing device behaviour, phone data and email reputation in real-time, we’re giving teams the context they need to detect risk earlier and act with greater precision. This means stopping more fraud without adding friction for genuine users – which is critical as attacks become more sophisticated.”
